Service Description
Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic practice that involves a series of poses linked together by flowing movements and breath control. It’s often called “flow” yoga. The key is to move with your breath, which creates a rhythmic and almost meditative experience. Think: downward dog to plank to cobra, flowing like a dance. It can be energizing and calming at the same time. Purpose: The main goal is to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which promotes relaxation and recovery. This helps reduce stress, improve sleep, and enhance overall well-being. Poses: Poses are typically held for five minutes or more, using props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks to support the body. Common poses include Child's Pose, Supported Bridge Pose, and Legs-Up-the-Wall Pose. Benefits: Regular practice can lead to better mood, reduced anxiety, improved flexibility, and relief from chronic pain. It's also gentle on the joints, making it accessible to most people
